Collection of the Admission Application Form
All students must fill out the physical admission application form from the admission office. The admission form will cost taka 1000.
Submission of the Admission Application Form
Students must submit the admission form and the following documents to the Admission Office:
Completed Application Form
- Four (4) Copies of Recent Color Photograph
- Photocopies of all academic Mark Sheets, Transcripts, Certificates, Testimonials (Attested)
- Photocopies of National ID/Passport (Applicant & Parents)
- Job Experience Certificates (for Graduate Applicants - if any)
- Supporting Documents for Waiver/Scholarship (if any) Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume

For payment made by TT, you are required to fax your full name and contact number to the Student Enrolment Centre for our onwards action. The fax numbers are as follows:

Placement/Scholarship Test
After the submission of the admission application form, students will have to sit for the placement test. They can sit for the placement test any day they want except Fridays before the admission deadline. It will be a test of the English language. The total marks are 100, and the duration is 3 hours. The contents of the exam are:
- Reading – 30 marks
- Writing – 20 marks
- Speaking – 20 marks
- Grammar – 30 marks
Response From UCSI University
After the placement test, students would receive an email including the offer letter and the scholarship result. After that, they can get admitted by making the payment.
