Executive Officer- CO-OP

Responsibilities
- Your priority and main role as Co-Op, executive Officer, is to support and administer the day-to-day operation.
- To actively engage with our Cooperative Placement Partners and Alumni’s. Build strong relationship and network.
- To assist in the enquiries on Co-Op Portal and student’s placement from our partners.
- To look for new companies and assist the companies to register in our Co-Op Portal.
- To handle and manage stakeholders’ feedback and complains according to the University’s policy.
- To assist and guide students on their Co-Op Placements.
- To ensure Co-Op Portal enquiries are attended too daily.
- To assist at the Employment and Co-Op Placement Centre.
- To look for new Premier Co-Op partners and work closely with the faculties to increase new Premier Co-Op partners yearly.
- To assist SAA team with the semesterly Orientation programme for new students.
- To ensure records and documents related to Co-Op and Alumni are being kept properly for audit purposes.
- To undertake the essential administration and to provide relevant support to students within the unit’s framework.
- You shall assist UCSI University & the Group whenever relevant and needed.
- You shall be station at the UCSI One-Stop Centre according to the schedule.
- You shall perform all other duties that may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.
- Comply with policy, procedures and instructions, legal requirements and participate in meetings and trainings when required.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree from a foreign university or A Master’s degree from a recognized university in Bangladesh.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in any relevant field
- Career services or corporate liaison
- Internship or placement coordination
- Excellent ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A highly independent and proactive work ethic with minimal need for supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including students, faculty, and external partners.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Competent in using digital tools and platforms, such as MS Office and online placement systems.
