Executive Officer- Digital Content Creation

Faculty/Department: Corporate Affairs Department



Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement marketing content strategies to increase brand awareness.
  2. Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  3. Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activity.
  4. Create digital marketing campaigns including banners, text ads, pop-ups, and other forms of interactive content.
  5. Create and manage digital advertising in collaboration with other team members to plan and execute content strategies and achieve specific goals.
  6. Manage social media channels and other forms of electronic communication for the institution.
  7. Write and edit posts, newsletters, white papers, case studies, and other content for websites as well as produce videos, podcasts, infographics, slideshows, or other digital media formats.
  8. Develop and maintain a website to post news and information.
  9. Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.


Requirements

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in digital and social media marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Logical thinking skills and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure, possess a mature attitude, and be a good team player.
  • Good attitude, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.
