Executive Officer- HR
Faculty/Department: Human Resource Department
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations issues.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
- Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of office activities.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR and labor legislation.
- Assist Accounts department with the payroll process.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource At least a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree from a Foreign University.
- Preferred Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in the education industry is advantageous
- Outstanding communication ability in both English and Malay.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Tenacious problem solver, able to work to deadlines and targets.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
