Executive Officer- HR

Faculty/Department: Human Resource Department



Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  4. Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations issues.
  5. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
  7. Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of office activities.
  8. Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR and labor legislation.
  10. Assist Accounts department with the payroll process.
  11. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  12. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  13. Any other tasks assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource At least a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree from a Foreign University.
  • Preferred Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the education industry is advantageous
  • Outstanding communication ability in both English and Malay.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Tenacious problem solver, able to work to deadlines and targets.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
