Responsibilities
- Administrative Management: Support daily operations within the Department of Student Affairs and Alumni, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Student Engagement: Propose and implement programs and initiatives that enhance student life, engagement, and retention.
- Alumni Relations: Manage alumni communications, organize alumni events, and strengthen the alumni network.
- Data Management: Maintain and analyze student and alumni data to inform decision-making and improve departmental services.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with other departments, faculty, and external stakeholders to support the university’s mission and goals.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in relevant fields such as Business Administration, English, Education, or related disciplines from a recognized university.
- Preferred Degrees obtained from foreign universities.
- At least 1 years of experience in university administration, student affairs, alumni relations, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to take on occasional responsibilities outside standard duties and work on weekends during peak seasons.
